Mr Yves-Alain LeubaThis commitee is responsible for controlling and developping the concept of Practice Firms in Switzerland. They also select and hire the Director of the Central, who reports to the same committee.
As well as the services described on this website (see Services on the left menu), the Central also acts as representative of Practice Firms when dealing with Swiss or Foreign authorities, as well as representing them within the international EuroPEN organisation.
Financing of the Practice firms themselves comes from a few sources:
from the Assurance-chômage : The Secrétariat d'Etat à l'Economie (SECO) grant a subsidy to practice firms who serve "job-seekers".The budget of each of which appears the monthly contribution for the Central.
from the Assurance Invalidité or other social intitutions.
from some public schools: pilot projects in progress.
from private school
from private companies (for exemple Novartis in Basel)
Other types of collaboration are currently under study.
